DIY Detox Water
Ingredients :
- Lemon
- Ginger
- Cinnamon (Powder or a Stick)
- Honey
- Tulsi ( Optional )
How :
- In boiling water add ginger slices and one tablespoon
cinnamon powder or 1 stick of cinnamon, drain water and let it cool.
- Take a Jar or Water infuser; add ice and chilled water in it.
- Add Lemon slices, tulsi, drained water of ginger and cinnamon and one table spoon of honey.
- Cold water and Ice can be refilled twice in 24 hours.
